Snoop Dogg's rap crew, 213 (Snoop, Warren G and Nate Dogg), which recently signed a deal with TVT Records, plan to drop their long-awaited CD, The Hard Way, within the next couple of months. The first single from the album will be "Dollar Dollar Bill" which should receive some American radio air play shortly.

P Diddy has said that his up n coming solo album, PD5, may be his last. "I got a chance to have my dream come true, and I wanted to make sure I made the decision as to when I dropped my last album," he explains. Ludacris has signed up to play an LA DJ in the forthcoming film, American Radio, which will begin shooting in May. Rapper Loon, real name Chauncey Hawkins, has been formally charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon after initially being charged with the attempted murder of a security guard. Police claimed that he and two other men assaulted a security guard at an LA party hosted by Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz. Loon has pleaded not guilty to the charges and will appear in a Beverly Hills Superior Court on April 15th.

Rumour has it that Eminem is considering purchasing the 'Neverland' home of troubled pop legend Michael Jackson. Although Jackson still owns the estate, he has said on record that he would never return after police raided his home whilst investigating child molestation charges against him. Jackson said of his estate after the raid: "It's a house now. It's not a home anymore. I'll only visit" and currently the estate remains unoccupied. The Neverland Vally Ranch is worth an estimated $50 million and spans 2,700 acres. Eminem has expressed an interest in the estate and thinks California would be a good place to raise his daughter, Hailie Jade. To date, there have been no reports as to whether or not Jackson has considered selling his home.

US rapper Master P pleaded guilty last Thursday to not filing his taxes seven years ago. Investigators charged his company, Bout It Inc, with not reporting its earnings in its first year of business. He faces up to five years in jail and a fine of $200,000 if found guilty. His sentence will be determined at a later date.
