Twice
as Nice Urban Flavas Review |
|
Giving Urban Kiss 2003 a run for it's money, Twice
As Nice have released their Urban Flava 2003 album
and it fails to disappoint. MOBO award winning Steve
Smooth Sutherland mixes the latest dancefloor ripping
garage, hip hop and r&b tracks. CD one combines
summer 2002 releases of Nelly 'Hot in Herre' and
Nsync 'Girlfriend' together with huge 2003 chart
hits from Ms Dynamite 'Put Him Out', Big Brovaz
'Ok' and Sean Paul 'Gimme The Light'. The Khia track
also features - always a big hit in clubs with its
somewhat commercial lyrics!
CD two combines garage and drum and bass - up and
coming crew 'Dem Lott' probably having the best
hit of the cd. Club classic 'True' together with
producer Sticky's 'Things We Do' make for easy listening.
Highly acclaimed garage act, The Streets' Has It
Come To This is still proving popular - making it
onto most compilations out there at present.
Lady G rates this album 8.5/10 - buy it now!
