MC MONKY started his career on several smaller underground parties where he assisted loads of local DJs with his lyrics to Drum 'n Bass, Happy Hardcore, Breakbeats... His career really started to kick out after being a MC on the first of the 2step showcage parties.

By MCing there he drew attention of the bigger promotions like DSP and LifeLine. This resulted in Bookings for Events like Countdown 2000, One Love, Junglemania, One Nation Germany, Dreamland, Re-Wind, and the 2Steps Ahead series. Holding a residency for the 2step showcage he has worked with Acts like

MIKE 'RUFFCUT' LLOYD, TRICK OR TREAT, MC VIPER, MC RANKING, MC KOFI B, V2-CREW, MC TAILS, DJ SWEET, MC SUPPLIER to name just a few.
